Comments

When visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the comment form along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam.

An anonymized string created from your email address (called a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you use it. You can view the Gravatar privacy policy here: https://automattic.com/privacy/.
After approval of your comment, your profile picture may appear publicly in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the site, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract location data from images on the site.

If you visit the login page, a temporary cookie checks whether your browser accepts cookies; it’s discarded when you close your browser.

When you submit a message through the contact form (powered by SureForms), we collect your name, email address, and message content solely to reply to your inquiry.

Data Retention

Comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely.
Contact-form submissions are retained until the conversation is resolved or deleted during routine maintenance.
User-profile information (for registered users) can be viewed, edited, or deleted at any time by the user or an administrator.

Your Rights

If you have an account or have left comments, you may request an exported file of your personal data, including any data you have provided. You may also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you.
This excludes data retained for legal, administrative, or security purposes.

Where Your Data Is Sent

Visitor comments and form submissions may be checked through an automated spam-detection service. Analytics data may be processed by Google.
